In collaboration with Wild Life and Environmental Conservation Society Department (B.Sc. III) and M.Sc. I & II is annually involved in Eco-friendly Ganesh Festival for campaigning and stalling Ganesh Idols at Neharu maidan Amravati. The students also are involved in Ganesh -vitsarjan activity as a part of Conservation of water reservoirs. The Faculty members also motivate students through practical involvement

Mechanism of the activity:
The above said NGO maintain the shop of eco-friendly Ganesh statues every year along with necessary environment cleanly information for general public during the festive period. About 25 P.G. and 20 U.G. students of Environmental Sc. department spend their time as volunteers on the spot. The students along with society authorities also involved in Municipal conservation and awareness programme during the idol dumping.
