About Library:
The Central Library at Arts, Commerce & Science College, Kiran Nagar, Amravati was established in the year 1995. Library built up Area is 900 Sq.ft. Since then Library has made consistent progress in the terms of collection of books periodicals and infrastructure provided.
The Library has a book collection 10699 and for proper organization of the Library material Library has purchase software. Library Software one terminal is reserved for student to search information of availability and issue of books, Offline public Access catalogue (OPAC) and single window where information about the users circulation states. Books available issue various types of reports can be generated with the use of software. Database is created along with users database.
Issue return process is fully automated and manual register are kept as supporting documents for student faculty.
Purpose:
The purpose of Library is to freely disseminate the knowledge. The students are allowed open access to the collection and they are encouraged to browse through the stacks.
Objectives:
Enrich Collection
Optimum utilization of existing holdings and infrastructure
Enhancing reading habits in student and staff.

Library Advisory Committee members meet as and when required the members take the policy decisions as well as the decisions for the library development.
